We dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets running their own authority. You keep your truck, your authority, your insurance, your loads. We handle load sourcing, broker setup, rate confirmations, and post-trip paperwork.
Below: what we offer, what we expect from you, and what to send when you're ready to start.
You get a single point of contact who knows your truck, your lanes, and what rates you'll run. No rotating pool, no "let me transfer you."
Every load gets sent to you for approval before booking. You see the lane, rate, miles, and broker. You decide. Always.
Percentage of gross revenue on loads you accept. The percentage is in the dispatch agreement before you sign.
You sign the rate confirmation. The broker pays you. We invoice our dispatch fee separately. We don't hold your money in transit.
Home time matters. Tell us your hometime, off days, and HOS reset preferences. We plan around them, not around the load board.
Broker setup packets, rate confirmations, BOL coordination, and insurance certificate distribution.
The setup process takes about two business days from first contact to first booked load — assuming your docs are current.
MC authority letter, current COI, W-9, signed dispatch agreement, ELD provider, and a list of preferred lanes / hometime needs. Email everything to info@beyondmovellc.com or call (616) 677-8881.
Equipment, lanes, target rates, hometime, current pain points. We tell you whether we're a fit before either party commits.
We send a one-page agreement with the fee, scope, and cancellation terms. You review and sign.
We collect your docs, build your broker setup packets, and assign your named dispatcher.
Usually within 24 hours of completed setup. You approve it before it books.
