BeyondMove Logistics LLC is a Michigan-based trucking and dispatch operation. We run freight under our own authority and dispatch loads for owner-operators running theirs.

The freight industry runs on relationships and paperwork. Most of the friction in moving a load isn't the driving — it's the brokerage spread, the carrier setup packets, the rate confirmations with detention terms buried in section 14, and the dispatchers who book whatever pays them the highest commission instead of what works for the carrier.
We started BeyondMove to do both sides of that work the way we'd want it done. Shippers get capacity they can count on, in writing, with one rate and one point of contact. Owner-operators get a dispatcher who works for them, not for a broker margin.
We work under your authority as your dispatch agent on a written agreement and a percentage fee. Brokers hold authority and earn the spread between shipper and carrier. We hold neither. The legal distinction matters — FMCSA scrutinizes it, and so should you when choosing who books your loads.
Freight quotes are the full rate. Dispatch fees are the agreed percentage. Both go in writing before any work begins. The rate confirmation on every load shows pickup window, delivery window, accessorials, detention terms, and payment timing — reviewed with you before you sign.
Every load runs through approval before booking. You see the lane, the broker, the rate, and the miles. You say yes or no. Loads that don't pay the fuel, the miles, and the time get flagged and skipped. The dispatch agreement is cancellable on written notice — no lock-in.
Our office sits in West Michigan, the heart of the I-96 / I-196 corridor between Chicago and Detroit. It's a working freight market — automotive suppliers, food and beverage manufacturers, furniture, agriculture, paper and packaging — and we're surrounded by it.
Hours are Eastern Time. Dispatch is reachable 24/7 for active loads. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM. Saturday is by appointment, Sunday is closed.
